Husband went for bloods to be taken after having some bad news from the hospital, and the nurse that took them was so rude! It was obvious that she did not want to do her job, (she even asked him to come back another day!!). If her manager was there I would think she would have been shown the door. I am sure that not all the staff here are like this - she really lets them down. Suggest she retrains as someone who doesn't have to deal with people, or animals for that matter.
