My experience on this occasion was excellent the staff were polite and helpful, they didn't have what I went in for exactly but they helped me find something else that was a little cheaper, yes cheaper so I will definitely shop there again.

Store ok. Room to move about. Check offers match. Got socks at the till 2 for 8.00 but didn't go through the till at that price . Only when I queried the receipt was I told that it wasn't part of the offer. Not very clear signage and the assistant at the till made no effort to check the offers were the correct ones to benefit from it. Had to then rejoin the queue to credit back and get the correct ones.
Good selection of sports wear it's just a shame that you are not allowed to try on.
Like a lot of their stores it's up an escalator but there is a lift if you need it. Big store with lots of clothing from the popular sports brands all at heavily discounted prices. Not a lot of space as so much packed in, couple of fitting rooms up by the tills. Staff helpful but the tills always seem slow and often there is a big queue.
