Excellent customer service, especially during covid. Michelle, my dentist was very thorough and personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the checkup. Only downside is the expense - more expensive than up country but this may be normal for Cornwall.

I was made to feel comfortable by the kind attitudes of both the dentist and the reception staff. The dentist I saw was very diligent and conscientious, although I had written problems to mention, the dentist found a problem I knew about, but I had omitted from the list. The dentist resolved any problem I would have at the appointment. I was treated nicely throughout my visit and I feel confident to highly recommend Pure Dental Health, Truro.
I had considerable pain and was offered an appointment that day, I am by my own admission a terrible coward and have a total fear of dentist, I was however put at ease by the dentist (Alan) who completely understood my anxieties. I honestly never felt anything at all (extraction) and was completely overwhelmed. Thank you so much. PS...... I now feel much more confident about going to the dentist. Max
I was quite anxious about visiting the dentist as I’ve not seen one for over a year and had a couple of issues with my teeth. All of the staff are very friendly and approachable, Mike the dentist was very reassuring and explained all the options to me and took his time to thoroughly examine my teeth and gums. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be as anxious on my next visit.
The whole team at Pure are fantastic, they have looked after me from my first enquiry and are expertly guiding me through my treatment plan. I would recommend Pure Dental to anyone looking for the best dental care. Thanks, Dan
