Since buying our first caravan just over 10 years ago we have used Piran Caravan to store our van. Over that time Mark and the team have provided an impressive service, given both help and advice when needed especially when we were new to caravanning. When we upgraded to a newer caravan Mark dealt with the sale of our original van in the same efficient manner. The day we found Piran Caravan Storage was indeed a fortunate day. We have used them several times for short-term storage and the service has always been excellent with polite and friendly service and always with a personal touch that makes us feel like valued customers. We have also used their valeting service and it is not an exaggeration that value for money, they do the best job of all those who we have employed. They also have the advantage of being CASSOA Gold which means when we have stored with them long enough to warrant advising our insurers of a new storage location, albeit temporary, there has never been any additional premium to pay. We visited Piran Caravans last year to get a bit more information about caravans and after speaking to Mark we bought a caravan from him less than 2 hours later. We used the caravan all of last summer and all I can say is that the service from Mark, Tom and Acacia has been absolutely brilliant. All of them have really helped us out, providing advice and guidance and doing whatever they could to help us “newbies”.
