Ordered a brand new GoSea Pioneer Kayak yesterday afternoon. It arrive before lunchtime today. It was extremely well packaged with three layers plus cardboard to keep it protected. I cannot recommend the company or products highly enough. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you :)

Whilst in holiday in Cornwall decided we needed 4 wetsuits so visited Outdoor Hub. 1 hour later having tried on various sizes we left with them. Unreal value great service the staff were so helpful. Don't waste your time with wetsuits from Tesco's or similar. Thanks Outdoor Hub

Ordered the standard bundle kayak. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery, after staying in all day it never arrived. I contacted them and they couldn't do enough for me. Their customer service was outstanding! They rang me back several times to let me know what had happened. They contacted the courier company who told them that the kayak had mistakenly been left in the warehouse and that they would put it on priority delivery for 'before 12 next day'. My kayak arrived the following morning, very well packaged! Really pleased with it! Excellent price for such a great kayak! Would definitely recommend, so much so we are going to buy another one! :)
