On Saturday 7th November my wife had a consultation at the Truro branch. The staff were professional, efficient and put us at ease. The clinic was very clean and all COVID-19 rules were followed. At the end of the consultation we booked my wife in to have LASEK surgery on the 17th of November at 11am in Exeter and paid the deposit. All was good and my wife was extremely happy. This treatment would make her life easier as night driving is difficult with her glasses due to the high prescription causing glare from headlights and also with face masks now the weather is colder glasses fogging is a real issue. Unfortunately after this things went down hill and my wife's appointment was cancelled by Exeter branch the evening before it was due to be done!! Such a same when local branches work so hard to be let down by the main companies supply network!!! So now my wife is stuck with glasses until next year and we are massively out of pocket.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff down here in Truro. I have been thoroughly looked after throughout the whole process and if you’re thinking about laser eye surgery, I recommend you go for it! I had LASIK in both eyes and, honestly, it has both changed and enhanced my life. I’m very, very happy!
