I was looking for a cheese I hadn't tried before for this Christmas period and after some searching I found Lynher Dairies. I ordered their Cornish Yarg. There was a slight delay in delivery owning to stormy weather in Cornwall. They communicated well and kept me posted on the issue. The cheese arrived and, two days later we tried our first sample of it. The flavour was out of this world. I can honestly say it is one of the tastiest cheeses I have tasted. It was, quite simply, delicious.Highly recommended and thanks Lynher for your excellent customer service.
