The elderly woman at the reception was very rude .I had sat about 30minutes waiting to be called.Either I didn't hear or maybe I was just never called in despite reporting to the reception way before time allocated. On trying to explain where I was sat she quickly SHOUTED back at me in the audience of the entire patient waiting area while throwing one hand in the air towards me \AM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU\ That is no way to talk to a sick person. Poor reception service I must say. I will however commend the lady at the phlebotomists section.Very patient and skilled in taking bloods.Very friendly too.The elderly woman at the reception can learn from this lady at the phlebotomy area how to handle sick people. The doctor was amazing!

Absolutely horrendous. Just about to ask for an enquiry into a young adult male who has only been at the surgery very recently (just moved there) yet refused appointments as they find his panic and palpations too much (seriously can't make this stuff up) disgraceful surgery who neglect those who are young and male and or anyone in crisis. They won't help and definitely will NOT refer you to anyone that will. Anyone who has bad experiences with this surgery PLEASE WRITE A LETTER OF COMPLAINT NOT FIT TO WORK WITH VULNERABLE ADULTS.

*** SHOCKING *** Cutting a long story short, I phone the Lander Medical Centre to ask about my blood results. Jackie Dunston who I was speaking with insults me to her colleague after thinking she ends the call but doesn't. I was genuinely shocked at the unprofessional events that happened next. Insulting me to her colleague, was so shocked and upset I sent a complaint to the surgerys Senior partner who agreed in email that JACKIE DUNSTON acted innopropriately and unprofessional. Shame on you Jackie Dunston. I will be moving to a different surgery due to your unprofessional telephone manner and breach of confidentiality.
