Probably the nicest, friendliest jewellery shop in Truro. Fabulous selection of watches. Purchased a Bulova watch this morning with the help of Sarah. Very helpful assistants. Will certainly visit again. Well deserved 5* rating.

Poor customer service this week. Was left standing in the rain for 10 mins whilst waiting as there was only 1 customer in the shop. Forced to used your shop hand sanitiser when actually I hand sanitised with my own. This made my hands burned. When browsing the shop your colleagues were at the back chatting no help when asked. What’s the point in social distancing allowing 1 customer in a huge shop when the employees are grouped together at the back! Took our custom elsewhere which resulted in purchasing in several pieces of jewellery.

The staff here are so incredibly helpful and friendly. We were served by the manager and supervisor and they were clearly very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. Some jewellery shops make you feel like you don't belong, but you definitely don't have that problem here. I really can't recommend them enough.
