SWEEPING - the servicing and sweeping of the fireplaces is absolutely brilliant. Thanks to the member of staff RN who is polite, professional and thorough. He does a tremendous job and leaves the place exactly as he found it. He is a pleasure to have around and really knows his stuff. ACCOUNTS - sadly we are struggling a bit with the competence of the finance department. :(
