Gave Cornwall Commercials a phone call to obtain a quote to move one of my vehicles using their HIAB equipment, and a 4 point lifting system. Happy to provide the service and a quote first time around, in the region of 300 including VAT. Phoned back on the 02/05/18 at 18:12 and spoke to a lovely lady who was insistent that using a 4 point lifting system would 'distort the body' of my vehicle. Extremely abrupt, interrupting, rude and horrible to deal with, totally wasted my time. Obviously needs some retraining.
Was helped by Cornwall Commercials when our motorhome broke down on the way back from our bank holiday weekend. The guy who came to look at the vehicle couldn't do enough to help us, he even went out of his way to look for a replacement when he could have just towed us to a nearby garage and been done. He got our motorhome back on the road and all whilst making us feel reassured and well looked after.
These guys are brilliant! So easy to work with; Clare in the office is extremely efficient, nothing is to much of a problem. And all of the drivers are great, they are all very helpful, evening in the trickiest of situations. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys for all your help!
Delivered a shipping container to us on a hiab. Lovely lads, no stress when it got a bit muddy they just got on with it and worked it out!
