The worker named Dave who works At the front where you wait in line is absolutely amazing! We was very friendly and helpful and you can tell he is one of the ones who actually care and lovss his job!! Great Job Dave, thank you for being such a great person! :)

I'd love to rate higher but their \apply online\ option hasn't worked since October. And during these pandemic periods of time, applying online is kind of necessary.

Am 7 months pregnant have been trying to get insurance since March, sent 3 applications in an they keep saying they haven't received anything they keep sending me applications to fill out tried doing it online 2 weeks ago an they still didnt call me i have no idea how long it'll be till I get my insurance.

Since she doesn't answer her phone, I have left my case worker multiple voicemails over the last 3 weeks. I am yet to get a call back. When I spoke to her supervisor she stated that my case worker is really busy and will call me tomorrow. That was a week ago and no call yet. Government incompetence at its finest.
