This cafe is lovely. I've not been since before the refurb but it's rustic and classy too. The view is great from upstairs. They also catered for two vegans in our party and went out for vegan sausages but five then a heads up before you go. Gluten free options too. Thank you. Soy coffee was very tasty.

Nice small cafe in a beautiful area. Good coffee and food. Fab views from upstairs. We feel unwelcome at first as we're not allowed to go upstairs because we are just a couple and they keep the tables for at least 4 customers! But the place was nearly empty and we managed to be seated upstairs.... Poor customer service...Just thinking to visit it again

Great little cafe. We were heading somewhere else but stopped here and so glad we did. Pretty outdoor seating. Lovely food in generous portions. Cakes look delicious. Kids menu for under 8s. Real leaf tea!

Service lacking in charm. Was not offered a menu presumably because I arrived alone at 3p.m.. Noticed another lady arriving alone shortly after me was treated in the same way but 2 ladies who arrived together were seated and menus brought. Nothing vegan available/offered

Well decorated and good menu. Clean and tidy. We visited in the afternoon and felt rushed, the homely atmosphere that was there on previous visits, admittedly a while ago, wasn't there and the change of owner/style has moved it on. We wanted a traditional afternoon tea but didn't get it, our fault for not checking things out before going in.
