Celebrated my moms birthday ! It was an amazing experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks , food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.I totally recommend this place ️
Expensive but so worth it. My husband and I came here to celebrate an anniversary. every single member of staff is amazing. Everyone wears a badge with his or her face on it so that you know who you are talking to behind the mask :-) We find that service is really lacking in most Austin restaurants but Truluck's does it to perfection. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better. There was a really wonderful piano player singer whilst we were there. I can't say enough good things about this place, even the valets were wonderfully friendly. Covid protocols are in place and each table was a good distance from another.
Great service and great food! Atmosphere was delightful and welcoming. Also live music! Be warned there is somewhat of a dress code. I just so happen to find this place while visiting for work. I was in nice athletic clothes, but was still asked to take off my hat. It was whatever for me, I'm the one who came unprepared. They, however didn't ask the table in front of me to take off there hats. I felt there was a bit of judgement happening towards me from the host. The server was fantastic though and the other host. Still a 5 star overall and will definitely comeback. Just hoping I don't get too judged by what I wear next time. Lol
