I highly recommend True Romantica Bridal for all of your bridal needs. I had been driving passed the beautiful little boutique shopfront for years on my way to college and then work! And finally the day came when I was engaged and could step inside and try on a wedding dress! I found some styles online and contacted the owner, lovely Polly, to arrange a viewing. It was a warm welcome upon arrival, and for every visit to True Romantica Bridal. Polly and her team made me and my family feel right at home for every visit. The team were so helpful and personable, not to mention their extensive knowledge of everything bridal. The dress I chose was originally rather large when I bought it and it took a LOT of work to get it to my true size. The team went out of their way for every fitting to get it just perfect for my wedding day. I also bought the veil of my dreams from True Romantica Bridal. I didn’t know how much I needed a veil in my life until it was popped on my head, I immediately felt like a princess! Haha They even let my sister try on her bridesmaids dress at one of my later fittings to see how it tied in with my wedding dress - it was a real fashion show! A truly beautiful wonderful experience with Polly and the team, I loved every minute of their company and (of course) my beautiful wedding dress!

Could not recommend True Romantica Bridal enough. Polly was helpful and patient, sharing ideas in a thoughtful and considerate way. The experience was fun and stress free! I found my perfect dress in my first visit. As I live abroad, Polly and her team helped me to schedule in fittings when I was back and to help sort my dress to travel safety. I felt amazing and thank them all so much.
I cannot recommend Polly enough. The shop has has a fantastic selection of dresses and not overpriced, so I would urge you to try this shop, before going to a large chain. The service and attention was great, and her advice was welcomed. I went in looking for my perfect dress, and I found it, albeit nothing like the dress I thought would suit me! Polly has great knowledge and knew exactly what would suit my personality and figure. I can't plan my wedding at the moment, but I know that I have the prefect dress. Thank you Polly x
The staff are so helpful and friendly here. I came in looking for a dress but had a short time frame, Polly and her team helped me to find the perfect dress and I was able to collect the one I wanted quickly and in perfect condition. The staff didn't pressure me into buying, I was able to try on several dresses without feeling rushed and I felt comfortable choosing the dress I felt happy with.
After attending 5 different bridal shops and trying on at least 40 dresses on. I walked into True Romantica and I was blown away. Little did I know I walked into the shop and saw a dress on display which blew me away. Polly was by far the best person I had experienced throughout the whole dress searching experience. She genuinely only cares about how you feel and about finding you the right dress. Polly provided me with lots of advice, was very honest and even gave me huge tips for the actual day. Not only did I have the pleasure of Polly, I also met her lovely mother who altered my dress. The quality of the work was outstanding and she was again a lovely and polite. By far the best bridal shop I attended, pure love and devotion for the owner and colleagues. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank You x
