This place is AMAZING!!!! I had brought one of my trucks in to a different dealership in Springfield it had some warranty work done, unfortunately did not catch all the issues the first time around. Have no fear Bryan is here. Probably one of the best service managers that I’ve ever dealt with with any of my fleet trucks. He reassured me that the issue would be resolved, and then it would all be covered under warranty. Not only that but he had someone from the shop drive my driver to the hotel and pick him back up from the hotel. What a nice facility, and extremely well trained representatives of this business.

In my opinion this is the best freightliner dealership I've ever been. They take care of my truck right away waste no time , fair price, very friendly, super clean in & out the cleanest driver launch, laundry, and shower

Im not sure about first come first served. I was the first in line this morning, its now 2:45 I was told I was next when asked. Then I see 2 more trucks go ahead of me that came in after me.... There's a huge banner in the lobby that states there goal is to have legendary customer service... I sure hope the service is better... A Customer

The only thing I found good about that place is that I was able to take a shower I got charged 1,600 and they didn't even fix a problem lucky for me I was able to drive 55 mph seem like forever in a day to get to another Freightliner who fixed my problem and was kind enough not to charge me anything
