I joined Expressions Music Academy when I was a freshman in High School and over the past four years, my experience here has been phenomenal. Looking for a good Viola private lesson tutor, I found Jessica King in Expressions and I can say she is an amazing teacher. She is exceptionally nice and patient and has taught me invaluable ways to improve my musicality. The year I joined, I went up three chairs in my orchestra and now I am second chair in the Troy High Symphony Orchestra. I would highly recommend Jessica King at Expressions Music Academy as a Viola teacher!

Wonderful instructors...
We love taking our son to the level up music program. They are all so friendly there. Our instructor Julia is wonderful! She has really tailored her classes to fit our special needs. Highly recommend investing your time and money here, really worth it:)
We have had great experience here at Expressions. My daughter enjoys going every week and looks forward to the variety of songs Miranda brings to the table. We also like the fact that you can make up classes you miss. Even if we pick a make up with a different instructor (when Miranda isn’t available), you learn a little different things from each instructor. It’s a great learning experience!
We are so blessed to have found Ms. Florina Petrescu as a Violin instructor and was just the best fit for my daughter. My daughter loves her so much. She motivates her, and I like how she gives constructive criticism, positive feedback, and updates on my daughter's progress. All of this helps my daughter build discipline and more passion in her playing. Not only is she an excellent violin instructor but an awesome violinist as well.
