I don't usually write reviews, but I cant let them get away with conning someone else the way they did me. I took my laptop in to put an unhinged screen back into place (still worked fine by the way) and 20 minutes after picking it up, the laptop shut down completely on me. I took it back in, the next day they call me saying it will cost 500 to replace the chip inside. I've had the laptop 3 years and it's never been a problem, then coincidently after they've taken it apart the laptop doesn't work and they want me to pay 500 to fix it? no responsibility was taken, the manager refused to talk to me which I found very unprofessional and whenever I asked Darren to give me an explanation, he just shrugged his shoulders and repeatedly said no. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!
