My whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Harry the store manager has an amazing energy about him and you can see that the team just enjoy working together which made everything feel so comfortable whilst I was in there. Even though they were so busy they still served every single customer with a massive smile and helped to the best they possibly could. This was my first eye test since a child and I felt at ease the whole time, whilst being tested I was spoken through everything and left feeling a lot more knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. My wife & myself had a precooked appointment today for our regular eye tests. Outstanding level of Covid-19 protection in place for customers with all members of staff wearing masks & constantly cleaning all surfaces & display frames that made us feel very reassured. Again before our eye tests were carried out all equipment was rigorously cleaned & sanitised. Choosing our new frames was made very easy with great input from the staff members with the various frames we tried on. Overall very happy with the outstanding customer service we received & at no point were we pressured to choose expensive or unnecessary options. 10/10 Vision Express Trowbridge for making such an effort to make us feel so safe & for the outstanding customer service - well done
