Absolutely fantastic team, they all worked incredibly hard to get the sale through. So easy to contact, always happy to help, and consistently went above and beyond for me, chasing, finding out additional information etc. Genuinely couldn't have asked for more. It was also really helpful to be able to have Oliver sort my mortgage out as well, took one stress out of buying a property! I will definitely be recommending Town and Country to anyone and everyone.

House brochure included so much information with exceptional attention to detail. Communication from viewings booked to tracking throughout was really reassuring. It’s this type of service that I would advise anyone to use if they are selling their home.
Tim, Brad and their team were absolutely fantastic in the sale of our house. From our first meeting they were professional and courteous, listening to what we wanted and coming up with a plan to achieve it. Once the house sold, Danielle kept us updated on a weekly basis ensuring we were kept up to date with progress and prompting solicitors where needed. We had a faultless experience dealing with Town & Country for the sale of our property. Tim was professional and attentive from start to finish. We had a valuation on the Wednesday and by the Saturday the house was sold before even reaching the market. As with most sales, there were a couple of small issues that cropped up along the way but these were handled and resolved quickly. We were kept up to date regularly with the progress of our sale from both Tim & Danielle and Tim went above and beyond to contact us with updated information or answer our questions even on his days off. They are competitively priced in comparison to other local estate agents and have a real friendly and patient approach which for us as first time sellers, was really important. We trusted Tim truly and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. I might also add that we used Town & Country 10 years ago when we rented our first property and Danielle and the team were brilliant then.
The best estate agents In Wiltshire! Nothing was ever too much trouble & we felt thoroughly looked after throughout the entire process. Despite us opting for the worst solicitors, we were helped to overcome obstacles without it even being their problem to deal with! Wouldn’t opt to sell my house in the future with anyone but T&C. No service comparable in my opinion.
