Took our beat up HP laptop in as it stopped connecting to the WiFi, we aren't computer minded, just know the basics. A very helpful gentleman, knew straight away what the problem was and said he could sort it out for us in about 20 minutes!! All sorted for a small cost. Safe reliable and trustworthy service. Price quoted was very reasonable, and did not alter once my iMac was received in any respect. Excellent communication throughout the process, along with quick turnaround. Turned out to be a very professional repair ultimately. PC stopped working and wouldn't boot up. Contacted PCS and they replaced a failed HD (6 1/2 years old) with a new SSD. From initial contact to getting my PC back took about 20 hours! PC runs really fast now and I am very happy with it and with PCS.

These guys are top notch. Essentially had a bricked laptop due to a thermal trip which they went above and beyond to fix within a single day, (I work in web design/development and can't be without it for long!), and not only did they fix it but they did so at about a 3rd of the cost I was expecting. Will be using this company from now on for all my computer hardware repairs. Pheonix Computer systems are genuinely the best service I've come across for computer hardware repair and I will not go anywhere else now!
