I have just completed on the purchase of my first property through Davies and Davies. Throughout the process they were communicative, supportive and encouraging. They surpassed my expectations of an estate agents and I believe their efforts were key to making this purchase possible. Certain elements of the buying process were very stressful, but knowing the team at Davies and Davies were there to answer all my (many) questions was continually reassuring (especially impressive considering the current situation). Thank you all. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone/everyone in the future.

Estate Agents often have a poor reputation - justifiably on occasion! I dealt with Nick Graves at D&D (as a purchaser) and found them to be respectful, informed and professional. In particular, I felt they offered advice and recommendations that were considered and appropriate to my circumstances. In the past, I've had the feeling of being pushed toward their preferred suppliers or partners, irrespective of their suitability. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
The team at Davies and Davies have been excellent. Our sale isn't quite complete but when our initial sale fell through Nick and Alex worked hard to find us another buyer, which they managed in a week! We are also buying from them, and they managed to get us a pre-market viewing, we were able to make an offer prior to the property going on the market. Great service, I would highly recommend.

Davies & Davies is the estate agent out of this world. From the beginning of my house buying process they were always very helpful , at every stage , especially Paul who was the main person I dealt with. He was always there for me to answer any questions, helping to solve problems and providing amazing support in these stressful times. It always felt like he was personally interested in the ultimate good of all parties involved , like he wasn't just doing his job but far more than that. Thanks to Davies & Davies I am a proud new owner of my beautiful house for which I'm truly grateful.
