Very friendly staff, but the fuel prices are really high. On 21/10/2020, it's 132.9p per litre for diesel, and 122.9p per litre for petrol. The average price for nearby non-supermarket forecourts (Esso, Shell, etc) is 117.9p per litre for diesel, and 113.9p per litre for petrol. The BP forecourt in Melksham is near to this average price, so why is West Ashton so much more expensive? They must have lost a lot of customers, as they're practically charging motorway service station prices.

The way the pumps are laid out is a con. The 2 nearest the shop only have the premium version of Diesel at 30p more. I expect loads of people in a rush have been caught our and bought this expensive stuff rather than the standard kind.
Petrol prices usually comparable to other local garages. Click and collect place. Pleasant cheerful staff.
Friendly, helpful staff, but poorly managed. BPMe does not work at this filling station, but there are no signs to tell customers this. They even have promotional material on top of the pumps for BPMe. Today, I logged in unlocked the pump I was at and then stood there like an idiot unable to pump any fuel from the 'unlocked pump'. I eventually went inside, to be told that BPMe doesn't work there. Ridiculous, especially as it is supposed to make things easier and more convenient. Hopefully, if the management read these reviews, they will now take steps to make it CLEAR that they do not accept BPMe and also remove ALL references to the service from their pumps. BPMe also informed.
The best thing is the jet wash using Symoniz system, perfect little wash bay and very responsibly priced. Just a little spuce up costs 2.50 and thats including wax and rinse. The liquid wax is top quality and recommend it to any car person out there that can't be bothered with the whole treatment at home. Also the staff are really nice and prices are average.
