Just had a service visit from Luke at Trotec. Did a great job. Came in, got on with it (he had 2 machines to service). Very friendly and personable, some good conversation. Very impressed. Even better, my lasers are working great!

Luke the service engineer was on time talked us through his plans and what he was going to do for us, really helpful and pleasant guy, we presented him with a few challenges which he patiently worked through and got our laser serviced and software all correct.
I have had an excellent Trotec Speedy 400 for over 3 years. I have a maintenance contract so I get an annual service visit which keeps the machine in perfect condition. Never a problem and apart from the annual services I have hardly ever ever had to use their support. The machine is easy to use and with all the online information and interesting videos they have available I have always found the answers to any questions. I speak to a very helpful lady in material sales called Julie most weeks as Trotec have a huge range of engraving materials and everything gets here the next day but contacting support is almost an admission of defeat in my book! This week I came across something I just couldn't solve and I had to contact support. I was amazed at the response. John got back to me immediately, connected to my machine, went in to settings I never knew existed and as if by magic I was up and running again in no time. I then wrecked it again and John again connected and worked his magic and patiently explained what was happening. I won't do it again but I thought service like this deserves some praise so thanks John! Very much appreciated,
Luke who came to service our machine did a great job and thoroughly serviced the laser cutter. Very pleased with the outcome and professional service!
Stephen attended site today to service both my Speedy100s. He arrived very promptly and explained roughly how long it would take. He listened to all my questions and gave advice/demos of anything I needed further help with. Fantastic, efficient service with a very friendly engineer - many thanks!
