Having just received delivery of a bike I have to share my great experience. I purchased the bike over the telephone as Covid restrictions meant visiting the showroom was out of the question especially when I am 250 miles away. Every element of the communication regarding the bike, the sales process, through to delivery was second to none. I very rarely leave reviews but the whole experience was just incredible, I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Dave & team

The Friendliness Professionalism and Service are outstanding from Jack Lilley. I dealt with them during this pandemic remotely from over 200 miles away buying a new Triumph. I chose them because they impressed me so much over and above the 4 other dealers that I could visit in the north after lockdown finished. This is Jack Lilley's new branch, having moved from Ashford. I took my bike for a service and MOT, but we were still in lock down, so unfortunately the showroom was not open (it is now). However I have been before and the new layout is stunning with lots of bikes and clothing on show. Regarding the service, the efficiency, communication and customer interaction is second to none. It has always been brilliant and completely hassle free. Thanks to the excellent team there.
Great guys there, forgot my face mask and they happily gave me one to use. Even though I'm a young guy and said I'm looking to buy quite a bit in the future they still let me sit on the bikes and were very friendly. Would 100% recommend
turned up a week ago to this shop and asked if i could test ride there speed triple r and i quote they said \NO because its second hand\ and looking at the bike outside the shop i would have brought it. learn your lesson triumph from the photo below picked this up just this weekend
