The service provided is great however the waiting time is just horrible. That's what make this place for me to not visit often when needed. The place should be more organized as some people do not want to wait 2 hrs or so to get a 15 mins visit. My idea is to inform on-day-registered patients that they can easily come back after 2 hrs instead of waiting that long. Or anything that would work better as the waiting time is definitely too long.

Fantastic friendly service, easy to find. I made an appointment rather than waiting for the drop in. I got in on time and lady i saw was so helpful.
