Lovely, warm, cozy and tiny restaurant right on the water in Trinity. Very kind and charismatic staff and very interesting and delicious food - definitely worth the price! Room only sits less than 20 people, so make sure to make a reservation. So glad we came here, it was the perfect end to a foggy day on the Bonavista Peninsula.

What a wonderful way to close out our stay in Trinity with dinner with new friends we met from Vancouver. Doris stole my Iceberg Beer (made with the water from icebergs), then chicken breast in blueberry sauce and a Christmas bread pudding with various wild berries with Screetch Black Dark Rum. Even the birds paint their houses in beautiful colors! Lol Our total bill came to 162 CAD (142 USD). Well worth it and highly recommend.

Great place to dine, have a few drinks during \Happy hour\ and get a bit of tourist information. The dinner is a set menu so may not appeal to children but the food is excellent and features typical Newfoundland ingredients. The beer selection is quite good offering a selection of beers from Quidi Vidi brewery. If you drop by during happy hour you can enjoy it in the upstairs loft or on the deck outside.. .blankets are provided by the restaurant if you choose the deck option. The view is spectacular and the restaurant has a quaint and traditional feel to it. There is a lot of tourist information in the upstairs loft and the staff are quite good in helping you get your bearings.

We have been here 3 times now. Twice for driving is on the warf and once for evening meal. We call that supper in Newfoundland. Great service. Great views. Great drinks. Great food. We met people from all over the world sitting out in the sun drinking in the view and a libation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
