Brilliant experience with this company. Purchased a piece of mirror and piece of glass - extremely competitive prices and cannot fault the quality. I picked up from their warehouse and honestly you could not get more helpful people if you tried. I was offered assistance to put the glass in my car by almost everyone I encountered. Would definitely recommend this company.

Trinity Glazing replaced the glass panes in our cupola. From the initial contact by phone to the finished job, they were helpful, polite and super professional. They came when they said they would; they did what they said they would do and the finished job is excellent. The glaziers also cleaned up as they went and left everything super tidy. Great value. Great service. Great price. We wouldn't hesitate to use Trinity Glazing again or recommending them. Thank you everyone at Trinity Glazing for a great job, well done!
Absolutely awful experience! In the shop we were told that it would take three weeks for the window to arrive. After we paid the deposit, they told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Absolute no communication we phoned the office and they didn't call us back. We finally got to speak to the director Jason who got aggressive on the phone and would not admit any fault. He said he has been in the business for 30 years and did not need a lecture from me. So he ended up rejecting the business aggressively hanging the phone up on me. I am personally amazed that he has been in business for 30 years if he treats customers like this. Jason is the most unprofessional business man I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company at all and I think Jason needs to go on a customer service course as he clearly does not know how to communicate with customers in a constructive manner. I am very glad that I will not be giving this company any money in the future.

I really can't recommend Trinity Glazing enough. I had four windows replaced, and Trinity were on point from start to finish. They were courteous and open to requests such as letting me know in advance before arriving at the property. They communicated well when the installation of the windows would happen, and always made sure to clean up after the works were complete. They were also great chat, which was grand. Many thanks to Ben, Craig, Robin and the admin staff for their great work. Really refreshing to see someone do such a good job. Cheers.
