Loved it. Went with family and they were prepared for us before we arrived. Check in was a breeze. The staff were phenomenal throughout our stay. If I have to say anything against - it would be the food. I wish the bacon would be served on a separate table. And also maybe serve better seafood options. The pool is good (they pour a bunch of chemicals in it every morning and evening to sanitize it) The Beach is even better take your sunscreen and a wide brimmed hat. 8/10 definitely wanna go again

Great location with sandy beach and a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the sea. Food is also tasty but don't expect a variety because of covid restrictions as mentioned by the staff. The friendly staff is what makes the experience memorable.
We had a awesome time at Trinco Blu this week. Location is beautiful. Food was also Good. Staff is friendly and they were always make sure to feel each customer is special and happy. Its a value for money. Overall very nice experience. this is our second visit to cinnamon hotels and both were great. looking forward to visit again soon. Thanks for hard working staff. Only issue we faced is some tables in restaurant are not covered by fans so we were sweating during the dinner time. but we make sure to select tables with fans on next breakfast and lunch time . I hope management will see this and correct it.
It was my third visit to a Cinnamon hotel in Sri Lanka. We had a nice stay with Trinco blu by Cinnamon. Very Friendly Staff, nice buffet, good surrounding, clean and comfortable rooms maked our stay a indelible one. Overall Their hospitality was excellent. Thank you Trinco blu...
Lovely staff. Following all covid 19 protocols but trying best to help you with it. Spacious rooms and a pool like beach. Kids also loved it because sea isn't deep at all.
Lovely hotel, service was excellent specially from the restaurant staff. Maybe the front office staff should learn a bit from the restaurant staff. Overall good holiday experience.
Absolutely wonderful getaway! We stayed there for 2 nights.Thanks very much for upgrading our room to a beach chalet!! Comfortable & spotless room, Superb food, spectacular sea view. We should especially mention about the amazing staff. They were polite, friendly and very attentive.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They are taking satisfactory precautions to keep the guests safe during this pandemic. Excellent hospitality...Well done team!
Service is excellent. First impression we had with Imangana is really impressive. She is such a nice girl who is always willing to help. Food , rooms, service is also great. We will definitely coming back..
