Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the Trincomalee beach side. We check in on 30th August. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff specially Mr. Alex, Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. But the food is little experience. If you need something little step extra experience you must visit Margosa Bay.
This is the most luxurious hotel among Trincomalee, which is boutique one. Has got so many facilities to tell, but that is an exaggeration here; Jacuzzi, Billiard (Pool), Chess, Golf, Gym, Spa.... Their architecture on the pool is just awesome, with a Shanghai Lounge with it. Food and mainly desserts & cocktails were great. A recommended one in Trincomalee.
Owner has spent a lot on infrastructure development. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed. Friendly front office staff. Specially the reservation manager. He offered us a free upgrade. But honestly can't recommend the food. Limited options on A lactate menu. You can meet a big talker in the restaurant. But he doesn't diliver anything. When in need he get missing. Awful food I have ever had. We met the owner in person and explained everything just for him to improve this.
It’s nicely done with a good taste of an Architect .. Rooms are spacious with ultra modern fittings .. Good staff and friendly service with good food .. morning bread spread is super ... Highly recommend for a weekend gateway or people who visit Trincomalee ..
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel stay
Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend. We chose this hotel at the last minute after arriving at Jungle Beach and finding it dirty, tired and not worth the extortionate prices. Instead we moved to Margosa Bay where the staff were fantastic, the rooms were huge, spotless and modern with and enormous jacuzzi bath, and the beach was 2 mins from us. The food was also great and we had an incredible crab curry which was some of the best food we ate in Sri Lanka. Plus everything was reasonably priced unlike a lot of the luxury hotels in Sri Lanka, particularly those run by Uga Escapee which are absurdly expensive even for water and have a lot of hidden charges. Definitely chose Margosa Bay I'd you want luxury rooms and beautiful secluded beaches at a fair price.
