Lovely place, very good customer service, they are much care about their guest, beautiful architecture in the hot zone, good service. rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful. Good place to enjoy your weekend.

Situated facing beach you have to come around 100 meters from the main road to reach this place. There’s limited parking space available. Hotel is built as cabanas. There’s a restaurant in the front side and another place where you can dine facing the beach. Cabanas are beautiful from outside and they have provided few chairs outside where you can sit and relax. But there’s no privacy since it directly opens to the common area. Cabanas are comfortable rooms with air conditioning and hot water with basic amenities. Linen were clean and new. Bathroom is quite small but reasonable for the price. We went for a BB booking where we had to order the dinner separately. There was good variety for dinner to choose and we went for sea foods. They arranged a candle light dinner at the beach and that was a different experience. Only thing was there were dogs hanging around disturbing us. It’s an ideal place for a small group where you can have a bonfire, sing songs and have fun. Breakfast was served at the restaurant inside and it was an English breakfast. Food was average. Staff is friendly and helpful. We went to the beach in the morning but you can’t bath here. There were fishermen collecting fish from large nets. They also sell fish here but they say prices far more expensive than the market. So better to go to Trincomalee fish market and buy some fish. Eventually our stay was great also because of very reasonable prices.

Bad communications ... drove 15km after they told us that they have rooms for our family..
Clean and tidy rooms. Comfy big beds with fresh sheets. Hot water and Air-conditioned. TV. Bed only price was 3500LKR which was a good deal. They were flexible to provide an extra metres without additional cost. No food was awailab but they provide us equipment for us to prepare tea/ coffee. Rooms entrance has few steps but there is a accessible wheelchair ramp too. However the common Lobby area which is a seperate establishment don't have a wheelchair ramp.
Upon arrival Jay gave us a refreshing watermelon juice. The cabin had a big comfy bed, beach towels, airconditioning and fan and a tidy bathroom. No mosquito net, but electric attractor worked fine. No remarks on faccilities, only wifi sometimes slow. Jay gave us tips for restaurants and booked us a dolphin watching tour and snorkeling trip to Pigeon island. Saw a lot of dolphins, sea tortoise and blacktip reef shark. Cabin looks out on the garden and has direct access to the beach. Lies a bit further south from all the restaurants and bars, but closer to the town. Breakfast was basic, toast with eggs and pancakes. Jay is a very friendly and welcoming guy! We really recommend Elegant Green Beach Resort!
Staff is very good and helpfull. It's bit hard to communicate with them. Rooms are clean and tidy. Would say that it would not fit for people who like to enjoy there time with quite private environment.
