Had a lovely cut here a few months ago and I'm making my next appointment here. Mixed race hair, very curly and sometimes cuts can take off too much length accidentally, but the stylist here knew exactly what she was doing! Loved the clean and bright room as well - felt very comfortable. Thank you!
Lovely little salon that is easy to get to from the train station if you're not from Teignmouth - exit the station on foot via the pathway to your right, without crossing to the opposite side of the road. Hair was well washed and conditioned, and the cut was exactly what I asked for.
I had been going to this salon regularly for the last 4 years. I ended up with a terrible dye job which left me with orange roots on Saturday. The owner Sophie told the stylist Sam why it had gone wrong but then denied to me there was a problem. \It will look better in the natural light\. I was upset and crying but they just wanted me out of there. Owner didn't contact me for 3 days. I had to go to another salon but they wouldn't bleach my already fragile hair. I visited the salon for a refund and the owner ignored me and acted like I should just put up with it. She didn't want to give me a refund but she managed to give me half my money back when she realised that I wasn't going anywhere. Horrible and sad.
