We had an italian Burata salad. Delicius and really carefully prepared, with attention for details. I didn't even need to add salt. The water really welcoming and caring! Lovely setting in an adorable part of Nice, La Place du Pin-Bonaparte

Great burgers. Relaxed atmosphere. Open for lunch any time in the day. If you're on your own, great place to go eat and read a book.
Decent burgers , but a little pricey for that quality. Fries with cheese are like Shake Shack's better version (this is the best compliment they could have). No beer selection
This is a great burger stand just outside of old Nice. The service was fast (except when it came to actually paying our bill, but that seems like restaurant culture in France not unique to this establishment), and the food was really good. Not necessarily the best burger I've ever had, but it is easily near the top, and especially for such a reasonable price.
