Have work with a couple of agencies and find Tribe to be in a different league. They truly grasp the meaning of being an agency. ie kind and welcoming, transparent with pay, not pressurizing staffs into picking up shifts,...etc etc. what else can you ask for! This is the place to be if you fancy being an agent!!

I have worked for tribe sunderland branch since the day it opened. The manager and office staff are the best I have ever worked for they aren't just office staff they have become friends always there for you no matter what. I have worked in many different places over the years but theses are the best I love it nothing is too much for them what a great team.

We take great pride in everything we do at Tribe and take all feedback, good and bad, very seriously. We are baffled as to why your experience has differed so vastly from the feedback we receive from our valued clients and staff about our great team in Sunderland. You have chosen to make some very personal and unkind remarks about individuals who are actually very dedicated and highly regarded in the Care industry. For that reason, I strongly suspect the review has been entirely maliciously fabricated, which is a rather poor attempt at trying to damage our reputation.
