Excellent service. I had an appointment within a few days for an eye test. The test was thorough and efficient. The optician explained everything about my eye condition and lens options and the salesman explained my frame and glasses options in detail with extreme patience and courtesy. The glasses arrived within 3 days and are perfect for my needs. The only negative is that they cost 300 for 2 pairs (129 frame choice but you can have 89 or 99). I would certainly recommend for first time glasses purchase.

Really nice, small shop on a great high street, lovely staff. It's a chain but has a local feel.

I had a problem with my glasses case, do I phoned up and spoke to a very nice person by the name of Cheryl. Listened to what I had to say then asked me when was a convenient time for myself to come to the shop as I was on the train. I that I would arrive in about 15mins, that wasn't a problem. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the staff who then listened to what I had told the previous attendant it was quickly addressed. Shop assistance was excellent respect for the customer was excellent will I go back as I have done every year, for sure. Attention to detail is very important and Specsavers opticians of Treorchy have these tools. Do thank you.
