The communication in that company is a disaster. None of the employees can tell you the same thing. Each of them has a different version about your case. As soon as you start to explain your concern on the phone, they immediately get all defense, telling you that your the one that doesn't understand, etc. By negotiating directly with the air company, we have obtained a refund of 220 Euros against the 80 Euros proposed by the luggage company, almost 3 times higher! So I don't see the point of using that company. Next time my luggage is damaged, I am not wasting a second with them, even if the air company recommends it. I will directly get a refund by the air company and use it to buy another one (there are always nice luggage shops in airports).

SAD, THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MINUS NOTES. THEY WANT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL DISGUSTED AND FORGET THE WHOLE ISSUE REGARDING DAMAGED LUGGAGE. AS THEY HAD MY EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER THEY JUST GAVE MY MISSED CALLS WITHOUT LEAVING ANY VOICE MAIL. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NEVER GOT A RIGHT PERSON TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM. I DIDN'T WANT TO BE STRESSED REGARDING MY BAGGAGE AS I HAD BIGGER HEALTH ISSUES TO DEAL WITH. SOMEBODY SHOULD COMPLAIN OR GET RID OF THE COMPANY. I HOPE IN THE NEAR FUTURE THEY SHOULD NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THE AIRLINES.
