Good Lounge What's wrong with you people who wrote that it's the worst etc etc etc. Have you ever been to priority pass lounges elsewhere? This is a really good one. I'm here now for breakfast. Okay, not a huge selection if alcohol (which I don't need at 7am) - but there's plenty of croissants and bread, salami, turkey ham, lots of juices and fresh fruits etc etc etc. And it's a nice, modern design, thanks nice corners, TVs. What do you guys want who are complaining?

Oh good lord. Whilst the staff are friendly and the seating reasonable the rest is downhill. Minimal food and drink choice, warm and stuffy and the leather chairs up near the entrance just stink! The bathroom is in need of a serious deep clean and no towelling to dry your hands. Certainly not a premium experience. Thank goodness my Priority Pass gave free access or I'd be demanding a refund! Edit: And staff came round at 2059 to say lounge closing at 9. 20 mins notice or told of closing time when I entered and showed my 2220 flight boarding pass would have been nice. I was waiting till nearer the flight to have some bread and cheese but when I ran up at 2059 it had all been cleared away.

I have visited this lounge twice in 2 weeks so my review is not based on one visit. This is one of the worst airport lounges I have every visited. The staff as previous reviewers have said are rude. When I arrived I said hello to the receptionist and she walked off without saying a word. As I was selecting a drink from the self service fridge a staff member knocked me out of the way and no apology. There is very little choice in the way of food. I visited in the morning and early evening. On both occasions there was stale bread and cheese that had gone hard from being left uncovered. The seating is old and badly in need of repair as you will seen by the photo. The toilets are filthy the photo provided is the staining on the walls. There is no other choice of lounge in terminal 2 D and I guess this is why standards are just so poor.

For a alternative terminal lounge, it is pretty good- you got food, drinks, and tons of space to chill and relax before flights. a plus for how many adopters and USB core they provide! It’s right before passport control so you can literally peak how long the passport control line is to gage the time to head out. For those negative reviews, you can’t compare a small lounge to those airline main hub/ flagship lounges such as Polaris Newark, Amex Centurions Miami etc. Lounge is mainly for a convenient stop to have a couple snacks and drinks while waiting for flights. Enough said!

lounge is right before passport control. absolute maximum of found food is on photo. a lot of different alcohol in mini bar if you like some. no water. no hot dishes. i took last piece of salami and only one/last yogurt from mini fridge (at 1pm). wifi is working. you can lie on mini sofas which are designed also to separate space and hide you from others so you can rest quietly. not many people inside.

The lounge here in Paris is probably the poorest lounge I've visited. Livingstone in Zambia was so much better! Plastic glasses for wine (and any other drink you would care to put in a plastic wine glass) no tumblers. Drinking my beer (Heineken) straight from can.. Plastic coffee cups too. How classy. Food offering extremely poor. Well done Paris CDG, another awful amenity to add to dreadful terminal 2D. Forget this lounge if you require disabled access (fortunately I don't and can do the stairs to access the lounge). Seriously Sheltair, do some research and see what you should be offering International air travellers . ️️️️️️️️️️️️

If you only want to get away from the crowds and try to forget you’re in an airport, this lounge is a good option for you. They have a modest assortment of snacks, soft drinks, alcohol, and seating. This is a no frills lounge, but it is much better than sitting in the actual terminal.

Absolutely shocking lounge, we used it as it's the only lounge but I'm telling you I'd rather be any where else, the staff are so so so rude. I've never met any one as rude and paid for the privilege. The lounge has poor food, decor for the fact its 35 per head but that stuff doesn't matter. The staff attitude makes or breaks your experience in a lounge. I'm not one to complain normally but by this I'm completely appalled
