They told that they have canceled my booking for a flight, that i booked in Charle de gaule airport on the 14.03.2020 in order to continue my trip from bucarest to tunisia as i was in a transit . The booking was expensive: 588 Euro for the destination paris - Algier because the tunisian borders were closed in the beginning of the corona pandemy. I booked because they told me that the planned flight was cancelled and that they will be no options to continue to tunis (as next destination in my transit). So the last option was to book an alternative flight for the next day. On the next day they told that they have a solution and will offer an alternative flight themselfs and that they will cancel the flight of 588 Euro that i booked myself (also with airfrance). I still try to get the 588 Euro back, but in vain, cause now they are telling me that it was a big problem that day and that some things just went wrong.

Why isn't it possible to get some orientation? The flight (begin of May) with Air France was cancelled by the airline itself. They promised to send me a voucher, which hasn't happened til now (August). Requests on the website are not being answered. Calling not possible. After asking by email 1 month ago no answer. I sent them the request for a refund on Facebook. They promised to send it to me by mail. Now I asked again after 3 months, somebody asked me to be patient and that it takes some more time because of COVID. Thank you, this is already my experience. This doesn't give me any orientation what will happen next and when approx. Other airlines are much more service oriented. Ethihad sent my money back, 4 weeks after the flight had been cancelled. And I could call the hotline. What they promised happened accordingly.

Worst experience in my flying history of 20 years several times a year !! Utter incompetence, I almost missed my flight because of 2kg that my carry on bag was over they made me get in line to check my bag and pay another 65 euro for 2 kg. Greedy imbeciles

Intercontinental flight just with handbaggage and they don't ask before you reach the check if you want to add other lugagges, never again!
