I cannot thank Jenny and Wil enough for their great service, a real credit to the Company. I was feeling a little nervous about buying an e bike but Jenny's approach immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Her knowledge was excellent and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Her warmth and empathy makes her a great sales person. Will dealt with the purchase and again was excellent at his job, explaining clearly the workings of the bike, with patience and efficiency. I have already recommended you to a friend! Took my Giant Defy for a service. Its first service... in five years Unsurprisingly, a lot needed doing to it! But I’ve now had it back, been for a spin and it’s AWESOME! I’d forgotten how good the brakes and gears were supposed to work!! Cheers, Lee (and team).
So many thanks and much kudos to Ewan and Lee at Trek Shrewsbury who have provided an awesome service in building up my new bike for me. The quality and attention to detail on the build have been incredible, and the bike really is a work of art! Oh and it rides rather well too! Over the moon, and would highly recommend these guys and the shop... 10/10 if not more!!
Really happy with how the shop and Jenny looked after me when I bought my new Slash. Massive props to Chris (mechanic) for the good chats and cutting down my fork steerer 2 months down the line, he's tops and super helpful/knowledge
