Visited treatz a couple of times now and the desserts are very good. Huge variety and everything we tried was nice. Service is decent but some of the waiters arent too friendly. All in all good experience and will go back again if in the area.
From the reviews I've read there are very differing opinions. As a regular, I must say it is a top notch place to get a dessert from. Sure it is a little in the pricier side, however the shop atmosphere, quality of food and service by waiters (shout-out to Esa) is very high calibre. The variety on the menu means there's always something new or different to try out of you want, you can go with my personal favourite, the cookie dough. I hope to continue visiting for the foreseeable future!
Some of the order was missing and looked like a poor job and made the dessert inedible. They forgot to wash scoop so it had horrible bubblegum flavour icecream. Mixed in the icecream. Bad Customer service as we asked for refund and were refused.
I do agree with few customer that wait was bit longer than normal. But is nice place to get amazing deserts i had spice chai which was good but bit sweeter than i would have normally.all staff was good attentive and does their job at their best level. Thanks for making is second one very quick had lovely time .
