I ordered delivery from Treatz as a Christmas present for my friend, and I asked if they could include a note. They went above and beyond, decorating the note and making it adorable! My friend was surprised and CONVINCED that I had physically written the note, because my enthusiasm was so perfectly captured in it, and she was so baffled because I’m halfway across the world! Thank you Treatz people, for doing that! It made both our days!!!! ️ Also she LOVED the cookie!!!!! It was giant and delicious!!!! Thank you!!!
Customer service is horrible. Tried to order from them multiple times only for them to say the delivery service cancelled the order even though we used different services each time. When calling and speaking to them it’s like they can get you off the phone soon enough, and that they don’t actually care that they can deliver your order. They seem to forget that we can track the order and speak to the drivers so when the driver tells us they cancelled the order for no reason I wonder who to believe. This has happened the three times we’ve ordered over the last three months. We also order way in advance so that our order actually goes through and then arrange a delivery time. Safe to say that we will not order from there or go there to eat again.
Took my son for a birthday treat. He loved his icream sundae. Staff very professional and friendly. They made his birthday Extra special with a candle topped, birthday message, cheese cake. They sang for him as did the other customers making him feel special. Definitely will be going again ️
