Great Service, especially Jim. Large projects, need quick and accurate service and of course prices. Moved business from Jewsons/Interline and delighted...phone answered after three rings most days...for a Builders Merchant incredible. Impressed.

Amazing customer service!!! I've only been here twice and I've only spent a few quid, but the brach manager was very friendly and helpful on both occasions. Even when I turned up 1 minute before closing time, he served me very patiently, without rushing me to leave. I'm not sure if it's always the cheapest, but I will definitely use again.
Pretty much jobs worth service, just a job with a big company to do as little as possible. Better to use smaller independent timber merchants based on service and price. Besides, their trucks are one standard large size which doesn't suit certain delivery sites.
