The below was sent to Travis Perkins, no response so far. Avoid at all costs! \I received my order yesterday but was pretty shocked at the quality. Please find attached pictures and let me know your thoughts about if this is acceptable? Four out of the 11 pieces were badly damaged in this way while at least 3 were not even close to straight. As I mentioned before I was expecting this delivery last week so it was already delayed so I had to make the best of what you sent but is there no one who checks before you send this sort of stuff out?
