Highly variable! Depends who you deal with. Pity that the previous manager (Adam) left; he was a guy that you could actually do business with. Some of the staff are incredibly helpful (you know who you are) and will price match with other outlets and help you select materials, but when trying to purchase cement and aggregates the other day the gentleman with whom I dealt couldn't even match B&Q prices!! Fine, if you don't want my future business then that's OK by me. Update: Just attempted to order some roofing felt adhesive; apparently there is no stock and no delivery for at least one week. Off to B&Q again then as I need it for the bank holiday weekend and it's around the same price anyway!
