It's great to have TP in Carnforth as it saves 30 minutes or so over going to MC, LA or Milnthorpe and Kendal. Ranges are quite good, too. Pricing could be keener, though.

called in the other day and the staff were so unhelpful ....i think they need to understand without customers they are nothing ...perhaps a customer service course wouldnt be a bad idea......i left there and went to the morecambe branch it was like day and night...they were completely the opposite...very helpful and obliging ...

The staff are really helpful and friendly here. I bought some big sheets of plywood and they wouldn't fit in my van, so one of the guys (David I think his name was) cut them for me with a hand saw! Thanks so much!
