Orders 7 sheets of plasterboard. Facings all ripped, plaster blown out on edges. Would have taken me time to fix - said I’d take for nothing or take it back.Told driver straight away, took them 3 days to take it back. Refund didn’t include delivery refund - had to chase them for that. When complained got ‘attitude’ from staff and no apology. Ordered from Selco instead - perfect. My advice; never used TP, use Selco.

When we arrived we had a really friendly chap help us with what we needed. We wanted to get some planks of wood, cut to a specific length. When we went to pay, we said what size we wanted it cut down, and that we would need it delivered. No problem. The driver will call before dropping off. The wood was dumped outside of our house. No phone call. And not cut down to the length we needed. Total annoyance and not good customer service at all.
