Over the last couple of weeks, Darren at the Bracknell branch has been absolutely incredible, going out of his way to help us. He has been so helpful and friendly, really emphasising the value of customer service. We shall definitely use TP when we need further supplies. Thank you Darren!

Been trying to get plaster for weeks was told it's in on the 7th phone back then so I did I then get told it's all be allocated to list of people who use them . So they leave the little business struggling. But they did phone back to try help
Not sure about general trade counter but hire department was THE MOST UNHELPFUL and UNPLEASANT experience I've ever had with any hire company! Hss, Speedy, DW Hire and others are miles better. Honestly, go ANYWHERE else.
