The owner of this bus service in lal quila office is a mad man. The worst service which anyone can ever have. Never travel with this bus service, they don't know how to behave. If u ask any question they will start abusing u. Ghatiya, useless, people useless & Bakwaas service, don't deserve even 1 star.
booked bus from website but when called to on the provided no . staff told me buses ARE NOT GOING,DONT CANCEL BY YOUR OWN WE WILL REFUND IT WITHIN A WEEK, I HAVE TO SEND MY MOTHER BY AIR, AND WHEN AFTER A WEEK WHEN I CALLED FOR REFUND THEY TOLDBUSES ARE GOING , WE WILL NOT RETURN MONEY, .....FROUD COMPNANY
Travelling to ludhiana from delhi, very rude staff in bus no. HR38...., NO water bottle provided, no sanitization, no hygiene, very messy bus, behaviour with passengers is not good, vendors from outside comes inside directly in the bus, never travel again with this agency.
india's worst bus service, if ever comes to your mind then go and travel with this bus service and at the end of your journey you too will have a no choice but to post your reviews by searching for this worst fifth class, overcrowded, abusive staff, filthy language, kind of bus service, shame on you travel point for running such a worst service.
