Great Shame. Good food very polite service and great prices for the area That's why i give it 3 stars . The rest,In it's current state , what can I say. The surprise came when my table was approached by a scruffy and grubby little man who was not only the chef but the same bloke puffing merrily away at his ciggies outside. And you are to approach us, that's a new one on me.. Our curiosity got the better of us and we saw no staff wearing protective masks or even trying to take out track and test details.. I am sure the tracksuit bloke regularly washes hands for the sake of us all in there. Though the food standards agency has already delivered its verdict on this kitchen ,see below ladies and gents. The place needs a massive shake up, as in it's present form it is a health hazard!. Forget Eat Out To Help Out, this is Eat Out and Pray You Don't Get ILL . I wonder how much the government would splash out for that as the warning signals are all here. As we paid our bill for a very decent meal by the way , cannot fault that. We were presented with a hand written food and drinks total listed bill. No items on it, so something else to think about . No VAT number on bills, no printed bills with items, are we in the Wild West? Oh, and as we were leaving, i caught a glimpse of the kitchen which looked like you would need to explain to them what cleanliness actually means. There are enough staff in there to keep things clean, and as we left there he is again outside chugging away at his ciggies. I do not follow ratings much much in this occasion the Food Standards Agency got it soooo right.

Amazing food and service! The prawns (for starters) were some of the best prawns I’ve ever had. The lamb shank was incredible - the meat fell of the bone, and the mille feuille for desert was delicious. This will quickly become a place we visit frequently! The waiters were very friendly, and the prices were fantastic value for money
The hygiene at this place is atrocious STAFF ARE NOT WEARING PROTECTIVE VISORS OR MASKS, and there is no track and tracing being followed here. I noticed one table jokingly being told they did not have to give details if they did not want to. I gave mine and it was taken down by the only staff member actually wearing a mask whilst serving tables. I have placed a complaint to the relevant authority, so let's hope they act in the interests of the members of the public. My rating reflects twice their current Food Standards Agency rating
Went here for my birthday with my wife two sons and there girlfriends on Sunday, great food generous portions friendly staff will be definitely going back thanks for a great meal
