This is our favourite Italian restaurant, Ivan and Genny are the nicest people and we love the food and the selection of wines. I'm happy and I feel at home when I rediscover here dishes my grandmother used to prepare. Even during lockdown we were lucky to enjoy the deliciousness delivered to our mailbox. Antichi Sapori was our first choice as the restaurants were re-opening again and it was like coming home. The food and wine selection is outstanding and always surprising. You can rely on the recommendations of the owner - his profession is his passion! We had an excellent evening (as always) and enjoyed the nice and cozy atmosphere and the courteous service. We‘ll be back soon!
A jewel in the center of Basel! Located near Marktplatz, this restaurant stands out due to its original high cuisine with selected ingredients, the fantastic wine selection, and the passion of the owners, who personally take all steps necessary to make their guests feel comfortable. My place of choice in Basel for a special occasion. Have been four times already and have never been disappointed.
The best Italian restaurant I know and regularly enjoy. Spectacular menu and wine list which offers something for every taste. The friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy. Again and again with pleasure.
Amazing food, very good prices a real Trattoria
I have eaten at the trattoria many times and as always the food was nothing but delightful. The service is always great and the hosts Ivan and Genny really make their guests feel like kings and queens. As always, i highly recommend their little trattoria.

The last 4 rewievs..... The four \children\ are angry because they wanted to make a big party during Corona in my apartement where my restaurant is and destroyed a lot. I called the police....NOW, THESE REVIEWS ARE THE RESULT AS REVENGE. What a sad world! Google accepts every review...It's a shame and not professional!
